https://www.instagram.com/womenphotographershistory/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y%3D   The website or rather, an Instagram profile that I follow and always keep an eye on is Women Photographers History.  It is a profile that is dedicated to post -in Spanish and English- about biographical research of women who were present in the history of photography and its development, in a very general way, it tries to break the machismo, stereotype in the area of photography and in the introduction to it. In its feed, you can find different sections; in the featured stories we find publications with information about the page and its creators, the options of patrons to which you can subscribe to access workshops, talks or more information than what is posted. Their posts focus on one woman photographer per day, telling her story, highlighting her contribution to photography and making it visible on social networks, in this case Instagram. I like the site, because it addresses a topic of my interes...

How can your major make the world a better place?

 I believe that art makes you rethink many things; about society, the way people act, the way they think and above all about oneself; I would like to show and make other people understand that this aspect can contribute in an exceptional way in their lives. Personally I want to put into practice -through pedagogy-, that through the different areas of art, not only the visual ones, people can express what they cannot achieve with words, address without limits the topics of their interest and feelings.  Art can always be taken beyond the personal, beyond opinion; currently, in our country and in many others, art has the mission and ability to address social issues, beyond expressing an opinion, is to expose the truth, the lie; that children, adolescents, grow up with an artistically rich environment, while taking into account what happens in their environment, that they develop conscious people; That the adults and older adults do not subtract themselves from this important work...
